Many thanks to co-chairs  Serena Forlati and Amy Porges, as well as co-rapporteurs Yuliya Chernykh and Chiara Tondini, for inviting me to present my current research on “Ombuds in International Law” to the Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution in International Law of the International Law Association (ILA) yesterday, December 10, 2025.

I am very grateful to them — and to all participants — for the stimulating discussion and the excellent questions and comments. I am taking away many thought-provoking ideas to further develop my research on this important but yet little-explored topic.
