Honor and responsibility: The International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (IDEA), an international organization based in Stockholm, has appointed me – along with former constitutional judges such as Dieter Grimm and Johann van der Westhuizen – as an international expert advising Tunisian practitioners on the implementation of the limitations clause in the Tunisian Constitution of 2014. In this context, I participated this week in three peer-to-peer sessions with young Tunisian lawyers and judges. It was a special experience and I learned a lot! Thank you to all participants!
