Participating in the Emile Noël/Global Fellows Forum at NYU School of Law is a special intellectual experience. Discussing research projects with Gráinne de Búrca, Joseph Weiler and sharp visiting professors and postdoctoral fellows from around the globe is a true privilege. Today, I presented my research on “non-judicial rights review in the EU,” which forms part of my habilitation project, and received many great comments and suggestions.
